Chris Maynard

Chris Maynard is President of Member Financial Solutions and Performance Pros Consulting. He is a seasoned executive with proven results. Chris founded Performance Pros Consulting in 2017 which is now coast to coast and one of the fastest growing consulting shops in the credit union industry. Chris is an elite team builder with experience leading teams of up to 130 staff members. With more than thirty years of sales and risk-based lending experience, his motto is ‘control the controllables’ and maximize every opportunity. Why would we ever want our members to do business anywhere else?

Ronnie Wittenauer

Ronnie Wittenauer is the driving force of Member Financial Solutions (MFS). She leads our daily operations managing Client relationships in her role as Member Solutions Manager. Ronnie has 15+ years in the financial services industry, including the past three years in the credit union space to further expand her knowledge and understanding of member-focused solutions. Throughout her career, she has worked at prominent institutions such as Equifax and Bank of the West to hone her expertise in the industry. Ronnie’s diverse experience has equipped her with a comprehensive skill set, making her a valuable and knowledgeable asset to MFS partners.
